Once a ticket is scanned it cannot be reused

Events Policy: No Refunds or Exchanges

- Middle School and Elementary Students:

Middle school and elementary students may only attend a Duncanville ISD event if accompanied by a parent or guardian. The student's ticket must be on the parent or guardian's mobile device.

- Students Attending Events Not Involving Their School:

Any middle school and elementary student planning to attend a Duncanville ISD event that does not involve their school must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. A current Student ID may still be required for entry, and the student’s ticket must be on the parent or guardian’s mobile device. High School students must have a current Student ID and present their online ticket for entry.

To ensure visitor safety, along with quick and efficient entry into our event venues, Duncanville ISD has instituted a Clear Bag Regulation. This will limit the size and type of bag allowed at all sporting events, performances and entertainment events held at athletic facilities: Panther Stadium, Old Panther Stadium, Panther Baseball and Complex, Natatorium and Sandra Meadows Arena, Byrd MS, Kennemer MS, Reed MS

While Duncanville ISD encourages visitors not to bring bags if possible, the following types of bags are permissible:

Clear, plastic, vinyl or PVC bags (12" X 12" X 6")
Clear, plastic, one-gallon, re-sealable, Ziploc-style bags
Clutch bags approximately the size of a hand (4 ½” X 6 ½”)
Medically necessary items

Visitors who bring bags that do not meet the criteria outlined, will not be permitted entrance into the venue.
